Eric has been a personal trainer for over 10 years, and feels very fortunate to have a clientele that work hard and appreciate being pushed. Eric comes from a sports-oriented background (basketball, football, tennis, and golf) and loves to contribute his life experience within the framework of his training. He prides himself on developing complex, individualized training programs that take his clients above and beyond their own limitations, without compromise.
Eric is formally trained through ISSA, Nesta, NASM, and in Postural Development via Paul Check. Alongside his Kinesiology major, Eric minored in Sports Nutrition, allowing him the ability to incorporate a functionally sound nutrition plan to maximize his clients' workouts.
