Ashley is a Yoga Alliance care teacher (200 YTT) with over 8 years of experience in the practice, study, and teaching of Yoga. She began practicing yoga as a supplement to her other passion, rock climbing, and has came to believe that it is an essential part of a healthy and active life. Whether teaching large classes or working with private clients, it is always her intention to help bring each student to a place of greater health and balance. She thinks that a healthy life and a healthy body begin with a healthy mind. Yoga, in addition on to the benefits of added strength, edibility, and balance, brings about greater body awareness and understanding, reduced levels of stress, and, if practiced with intention, greater peace of mind.
